This is a %100 foreign owned company which is incorporated under Foreign Act of Philippines and registered under SEC.
We want to buy condo here in Manila by using bank loans in order to accommodate our foreign managers as well as use it later as a collateral and investment tool.
Is it feasible in Philippines to do that? Is it a common practice among foreign companies here? What are the requirements and payments terms in general?
