I have an existing home loan from pagibig. I wanted to get another loan from them to turn my current house and lot to a three door apartment but the loan application from pagibig is very tedious to accomplish.
My, question is, is it possible for a bank to assume my current loan from pagibig? to refinance my existing mortgage and can I take out money for the renovation and construction of that 3 door apartment I mentioned above? - Charlene
